Sacred Space AI ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Sacred Space AI application available at https://experience.sacredspace.ai. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We are committed to handling your personal information with care and transparency.
Information We Collect
- Account informationName and email address when you create an account via Google OAuth or email sign-up.
- Voice session audioAudio from your microphone is streamed in real time to OpenAI's Realtime API to power your session. We do not store raw audio recordings.
- Facial emotion dataOn supported tiers, your camera feed is processed locally on your device. No video is transmitted to or stored on our servers.
- Session insightsStructured emotion assessments generated at the end of each session (e.g. primary emotion, themes) are stored to power your insights history.
- Usage dataBasic analytics such as session count and feature usage to improve the product. No personally identifiable information is included.
- Billing informationPayment details are processed exclusively by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide the serviceAuthenticate you, run voice sessions, and display your history and insights.
- To improve the productAggregate, anonymized usage patterns help us prioritise features and fix issues.
- To communicate with youTransactional emails (e.g. session summaries, billing receipts). We do not send unsolicited marketing.
- To process paymentsSubscription billing via Stripe under their privacy policy.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following third-party services necessary to operate the product:
- OpenAIVoice session audio is streamed to OpenAI's API in real time. Subject to OpenAI's privacy policy.
- ElevenLabsText is sent to ElevenLabs to generate spoken meditation audio. Subject to ElevenLabs' privacy policy.
- SupabaseAuthentication and database hosting. Data is stored in Supabase's secure infrastructure.
- StripePayment processing. Your financial data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
- VercelApplication hosting and edge delivery.
Data Retention
Session insights and account data are retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the profile page, which permanently removes all associated data from our systems within 30 days. Stripe retains billing records for legal compliance per their own policy.
Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database records are protected by Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS), ensuring your data is accessible only to you. We regularly review our security practices and apply updates promptly.

Children's Privacy
Sacred Space AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
