You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
Your Account

- SecurityYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- One accountEach person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Free tierA free tier is available with limited session duration and weekly session count as described on the pricing page.
- Paid plansPro and Pro Plus plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
- CancellationYou may cancel your subscription at any time from the profile page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- RefundsWe do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
- Circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or access controls
- Use the Service to harass, harm, or impersonate others
- Introduce malicious code or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service
Intellectual Property
The Sacred Space AI brand, application, design, and generated content are owned by Sacred Space AI. You retain ownership of any personal data you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers including OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Supabase, Stripe, and Vercel. Your use of the Service is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for interruptions or changes to those services.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate or appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sacred Space AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use harms other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sacred Space AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
